It provides direct service provision as well as enabling others in providing opportunities for residents and visitors to the borough to use their leisure time enjoyably. The Arts team are responsible for Community Arts Development and local Festivals and Events. The team implement the local cultural strategy; assist local artists, arts organisations and community partnerships to develop arts activity that meets local needs and aspirations.
