Article: Disabled Go Article Body Barnsley Council and NHS Barnsley have worked in partnership with Disabled Go to develop an access guide for disabled people, their friends, family, carers and colleagues. The online guide provides you with information about the venues and routes that are accessible to your particular needs. The guide went live last December and over 500 venues had been surveyed and are included on the website. The guide contains lots of useful information including telephone numbers and web links and has been designed to help people who use all kinds of facilities and services in Barnsley to have more information about our venues and available support, so that people can move around and be as independant as possible in their daily living.
