Think

  • Do we have any notifiable devices on the premises? - if in doubt contact Regulatory Services, Health and Safety Team or the health and Safety Executive (see helplines). Think about numbers, location etc.
  • Has a person been appointed to be responsible for the devices?
  • Have the Local Authority been notfied?
  • If so, has acknowledgement of the registration been received?
  • Have we made any material changes to the system?
  • If so, have these been notified to the Local Authority?
