Employers, employees, the self employed and members of the public
When organisations or individuals are prosecuted for offences under the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 or other health and safety regulations the details of the organisation/individual, the offence and the penalty are entered onto a database, controlled by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) which is open to public access.
