Ground Maintenance Landscaping

Summary

 

Based on competitive charges, Neighbourhood Pride are able to offer a grounds maintenance and soft landscaping service to Schools, Parish Councils Businesses within the Authority. This can cover all aspects of landscaping including: planting, pruning, tree surgery, seeding and turfing, leveling and fencing.

 

Eligibility

Available to all council departments, Parish Councils, Schools and businesses.

Procedure

 

Customers can contact Neighbourhood Services and leave details of your Name, Address, Telephone number and Nature of work required. The information supplied can then be directed to the relevant officer/supervisor, who will arrange a visit the site, liaise with the customer and prepare a quotation. This will then be sent to the customer with an acceptance slip for the customer to sign and return. Once the work has been agreed our Technical department would then schedule the work to be carried out.

Charges based on estimates for work not within internal contracts.

 

Method of payments

 

You can pay by credit card / debit card, alternatively payment can be made by invoice through the Barnsley connects offices.

 

 

Opening Times

 

No customer facing reception points for Neighbourhood Pride. Contact can be made through Barnsley Connects offices, or by contacting the Neighbourhood Pride call centre Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.

 

How the customer can help

 

Full and precise description of work is required as well as: Name, Address, Daytime contact telephone number, Specific location of work required and Private land or council land if known.

 

 

Response Times

 

The customer can expect to receive an estimate for the work within 7 days. Completion of the work will be negotiated with the customer and may be subject to weather conditions.

 

Out of Hours Procedure

 

There is no out of hours service.
