Parks and Open Spaces - Fairground

Summary

There are a number of parks, recreation grounds and public open spaces that are available for hire, for fairs and circuses.

Eligibility

 

Anyone over 18 years of age can make a booking

 

Procedure

 

Information and application forms are available from Neighbourhood Services

Subject to availability bookings are confirmed within 10 working days.

Charges/Fees

 

Fairs - Subject to number of rides

Circuses - £250.00 per day of operation

A bond of £1000 required

Cheque (10 working days prior to the event taking place)

How the customer can help

 

Customers can help by:

• Subject to the terms of the hire agreement, Hirers must provide evidence of Public Liability Cover
• Once you have completed your application form, please return it along with the appropriate fee to the Neighbourhood Services at Springfield House
