Biographical Information
Councillor Andrew Millner represents the Penistone West Ward. He was elected in May 2006 and his term of office expires in 2010. He is a member of the Conservative Group.
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries details of which are updated on a weekly basis.
