Biographical Information
Councillor Barry Lipscombe represents the Hoyland Milton Ward. He was elected in May 2007 and his term of office expires in 2011. He is a member of the Barnsley Independent Group.
Councillor Lipscombe has served on the Council since 2004.
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries details of which are updated on a weekly basis.
