Biographical Information
Councillor Bruff represents the Central Ward. She was elected in May 2006 and her term of office expires in 2010. She is a member of the Labour Group.
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries, details of which are updated on a weekly basis.

Councillor Bruff is the Chair of Appeals and Awards Regulatory Board and Vice Chair of the Regeneration Scrutiny Commission she also sits on the Cross Cutting Scrutiny Commission.
Councillor Bruff currently does not sit on any Outside Bodies.
Councillor Bruff is a Governor at Pipers Grove Primary School.
