Biographical Information
Councillor Michael Brankin represents the Hoyland Milton Ward. He was elected in May 2008 and his term of office expires in 2012. He is a member of the Barnsley Independent Group.
Councillor Michael Brankin has served on the Council since 2000.
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries, details of which are updated on a weekly basis.

Councillor Brankin sits on the following: Health and Adult Services Scrutiny Commission, Planning Regulatory Board and General Licensing Regulatory Board.
