Biographical Information
Councillor Hand-Davis represents the Penistone East Ward. He was elected in May 2007 and his term of office expires in 2011. He is a member of the Conservative Group.
Councillor Hand-Davis is currently the Mayor of Penistone for the year 2008-09
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries, details of which are updated on a weekly basis.

Councillor Hand-Davis is the Vice Chair of the Environment Scrutiny Commission he also sits on the Cross Cutting Scrutiny Commission and Planning Regulatory Board.
