Biographical Information
Councillor Stephen Marsh represents the Penistone West Ward. He was elected in July 2006 and his term of office expires in 2010. He is a member of the Conservative Group.
The Ward Map displays the boundaries of all the electoral districts in the Barnsley borough.
The majority of Members hold regular informal ward meetings known as surgeries, details of which are updated on a weekly basis.

Councillor Marsh sits on the Housing and Community Safety Scrutiny Commission and Planning Regulatory Board.
Councillor Marsh also sits on the Outside Bodies for the Flint Lane Waste Disposal Liaison Committee and the Western Area Rural Transport Partnership.
