A CELEBRATION of crime reading and writing takes place at Barnsley Central Library, Shambles Street, on Saturday, 30 January from 10am to 4.15pm.
Five leading crime writers, all published by Faber and Faber, will be taking part in panel discussions and holding morning and afternoon workshops.
The top crime writers are Adam Creed, Helen Fitzgerald, Roger Morris, Stav Sherez and Nicola Upson and ample time will be provided during the day for book sales and signings. There will also be a readers fair during the lunch break.
Tickets for this unique readers’ day cost £5 per person, which includes morning and afternoon refreshments. Lunch is not provided, but you may bring your own or buy a snack in the library’s Full Stop Café.
