THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(ALBERT STREET, CHARLES STREET, CROSBY STREET, KINGS ROAD CUDWORTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2007
NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has made an Order which will close Albert Street, Charles Street, Crosby Street and Kings Road Cudworth which extend 20 metres from the junction with Pontefract Road
REASON: to enable the resurfacing of Pontefract Road
The Order will commence on 16th April 2007 for approximately 6 months. The roads will not be closed continuously
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via:
(1) Albert Street Three Nooks Lane, Weetshaw Lane and Pontefract Road
(2) Charles Street George Street and Pontefract Road
(3) Crosby Street - Royston Road and Pontefract Road
(4) Kings Road Pontefract Road, Weetshaw Lane and Three Nooks Lane
