(BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 1987 (AMENDMENT NO.      ) ORDER 200

Notice is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the proposed Order will be to:-

(i) remove the loading restrictions from a section of lay-by in front of numbers 106 to 136 Sheffield Road,
(ii) introduce a length of limited waiting for 1 hour in front of numbers 106 to 118 Sheffield Road,
(iii) extend the existing prohibition of waiting and loading up to the existing bus stop clearway,
(iv) replace the existing waiting restrictions in the lay-by in front of numbers 235 to 217 Sheffield Road with a bus stop clearway; and
(v) remove part of the current waiting restrictions in front of numbers 217 to 229 Sheffield Road.

Waiting will be permitted for loading and unloading goods, other specified operations and by disabled persons vehicles.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned by the 14th day of May 2007.
