LEASE OF LAND AT GILBERT HILL,
LANGSETT, BARNSLEY, SOUTH YORKSHIRE

NOTICE is hereby given that Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) intend to grant a Lease to Langsett Parish Council of a piece of land situate at Gilbert Hill  Langsett  Barnsley  South Yorkshire for a term of Fifty years for use as a car park with seating which said land is in the ownership of the Council and held under the provisions of the Open Spaces Act 1906 and a copy of the plan showing the land to be sold may be seen during normal office hours at the Borough Secretarys Department  Town Hall  Barnsley

Any objection to the proposed sale must be made in writing to The Borough Secretary, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Legal Services Division, Town Hall, Barnsley, S70 2TA before the  Twenty third                        day of      April  2007 and should state the grounds of objection
