BARNSLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(PENISTONE, CAWTHORNE, MILLHOUSE GREEN & SILKSTONE COMMON) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1998
(AMENDMENT No. -) ORDER 200_
Notice is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The effect of the proposed Order will be to extend the existing waiting restrictions from 8am to 6pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive on the southern side of Shrewsbury Road at Penistone for a further 15 metres in an easterly direction.
Waiting will be permitted for loading and unloading goods, other specified operations and by disabled persons vehicles.
Documents giving more particulars are available during normal office hours at the Barnsley Connects Service Centre, County Way Barnsley and The Penistone Branch Library, High Street, Penistone, Barnsley.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned by the 2nd day of May 2007.
