(50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO. ) ORDER 2007

Notice is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a maximum speed limit of 50 mph on Sheffield Road (A6135) which extends from a point 69 metres south east of its junction with Parkside Road, Hoyland Common to a point 124 metres north east of its junction with Warren Lane, Chapeltown.

Documents giving more particulars may be examined during normal office hours at The Barnsley Connects Service Centre, County Way, Barnsley.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned by the 19th day of March 2007.
