THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(STATION ROAD DARTON, BARNSLEY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES) ORDER 2007

NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has made an Order which will prohibit heavy goods vehicles proceeding in that length of Station Road at Darton which extends from its junction with Dearne Street to its junction with Darton Hall Drive

Reason: to facilitate the construction of a sewer to serve the new school site

The Order will come into effect on 10th February 2007 for a maximum duration of 18 months and the works are expected to be completed by 17th February 2007.

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for heavy goods vehicles is via Huddersfield Road, Barnsley Road, Dearne Hall Road, Spark Lane,
Greenside, Wakefield Road and vice versa.
