(BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 1987
(AMENDMENT NO.  75) ORDER 2007

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March 2007 the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 2nd day of April 2007 will be to prohibit vehicles waiting at any time on part of both sides of Edmunds Road, Worsbrough Dale at its junction with Station Road and on part of Station Road on either side of its junction with Edmunds Road.

Waiting will be permitted for loading and unloading goods, other specified operations and by disabled persons vehicles.

Documents giving more particulars can be viewed during normal office hours at the Barnsley Connects Service Centre, County Way, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 23rd day of March 2007 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
