Notice is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the proposed Order will be to amend the dimensions of the loading bay on the south west side of Carlton Street, Cudworth to extend from a point 17 metres north west of its junction with Barnsley Road in a north westerly direction for a distance of 10 metres.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the undersigned by the 23rd day of April, 2007.
