Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by
the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine
the

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council
(Undefined Footpaths)
(Worsbrough Bank End Primary School and Playing Fields, Kendray)
Public Path Stopping Up Order 2006

and will attend at the:

First Floor Conference Room, Oaks Park Primary Care Centre,
Thornton Road, Kendray, Barnsley, South Yorkshire

On Tuesday 27 March 2007 at 10.00 am

To hold a public local inquiry into the Order

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to stop up a number of undefined footpaths which cross the sites of the Kendray Recreation Ground, the former playing fields next to the Worsbrough Bank End Primary School and the allotment gardens site to the north of Monkspring at Kendray, Barnsley (as shown on the Order Map marked in bold black lines).

Other public footpaths will be provided on re-aligned routes to maintain access from Farm Road and Yews Lane to Monkspring and vice versa.
