THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 7 DODWORTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2005

NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State has authorised an extension of the above named Order for a period of 6 months until 29th September 2007
The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of public footpath No.7 Dodworth which extends from Bamford Close to the undefined path adjacent to the footbridge over the railway line.

REASON: to enable construction works on development site

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is via Bamford Close, Baslow Crescent, Station Road, Fall Bank Crescent and vice versa
