SALE OF LAND AT THE REAR OF 17 SKYE CROFT ROYSTON
BARNSLEY SOUTH YORKSHIRE

NOTICE is hereby given that Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) intend to sell at the best market price FORTY NINE (49) square metres of land situate at the rear of number 17 Skye Croft Royston        
Barnsley South Yorkshire being part of a larger area of land in the ownership of the Council and held under the provisions of the Open Spaces Act 1906 and a copy of the plan showing the land to be sold may be seen during normal office hours at the offices of Councils Community Information Services at County Way, Barnsley.                                                                                                                       

Any objection to the proposed sale must be made in writing to The Borough Secretary, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Barnsley S70 2TA before the Twentieth day of  March 2007, and should state the grounds of the objection
