(BARNSLEY) (BUS PRIORITY) ORDER 1987
(AMENDMENT NO.10) ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of October 2006 the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 9th day of October 2006 will be to reposition the bus stand on the southern side of southgate at Hoyland to a point 13 metres further to the east of its junction with High Croft.

Documents giving more particulars may be examined during normal office hours at the Branch Library, High Croft, Hoyland Nether, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 6th day of October 2006 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
