(BARNSLEY) ORDER 1994
(AMENDMENT NO. 15) ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of October 2006 the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 23rd day of October 2006 will be to introduce a disabled persons parking bay and a loading bay on the northern side of Lancaster Gate, Barnsley outside the Town Hall entrance.

Documents are available for viewing during normal office hours at the Town Hall reception, Church Street, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 13th day of October 2006 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
