(BARNSLEY NORTH EAST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2008

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of February 2008 the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 11th day of February 2008 will be to amend the above-named Order to take account of the revised junction layout and the change of road name at North Royds Wood, Athersley North, Barnsley. There will be no changes to the restrictions marked on the ground.

Documents are available for viewing at The Barnsley Connects Service Centre, County Way, Barnsley and at Roundhouse Lifelong Learning Centre, Laithes Crescent, Athersley, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 8th day of February 2008 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
