THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(BARNSLEY ROAD SILKSTONE) (TEMPORARY HGV RESTRICTION) ORDER 2008

NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has made an Order which will Introduce a restriction to HGV’s with a laden weight exceeding 7.5 tonnes on Barnsley Road Silkstone from Hoylandswaine Roundabout to the Bluebell Inn Roundabout

REASON: Highway retaining wall repairs

The Order will commence on 11th February 2008 for approximately 9 weeks

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via High Lee Lane, Oxspring Lane, Jockey Road, Coates Lane, Knabbs Lane, Ben Bank Road, Dodworth Green Road, Barnsley Road, North Road and Whinby Road
