(BARNSLEY WEST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2008

Notice is hereby given that on the 2) day of (3) the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 3rd day of March 2008 will be to extend the no waiting at any time restrictions on the west side of Stainborough Road, Gilroyd as far as Saville Hall Lane and on both sides of Smithy Wood Lane for a further 10 metres.

Waiting will be permitted for loading and unloading goods, other specified operations and by disabled persons vehicles.

Documents are available for viewing at the Barnsley Connects Service Centre, County Way, Barnsley and at The Branch Library, High Street, Dodworth, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 22nd day of February 2008 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
