Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003

Notice is given in accordance with the above Regulations that Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council resolved at its meeting held on the 28th February 2008 that the recommendations of its Independent Remuneration Panel be approved as the Council’s formal Scheme of Allowances for the financial year 2008/09.

Copies of the report considered by the Council and the report of the Independent Remuneration Panel are available for inspection, Monday to Friday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) in the Borough Secretary's Office in the Town Hall, Barnsley, S70 2TA between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
