THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 11 PENISTONE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2007

NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State has authorised an extension of the above named Order for a period of 12 months to 21st March 2009. The effect of which will close public footpath no 11 Penistone which extends over the footbridge known as Boulder Bridge

REASON: dangerous condition of bridge

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is via public footpath no 78 Penistone which runs to the south of the recycling centre
