PUBLIC FOOTPATH NOS. 41 AND 42,
TEMPORARY CLOSURE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order which will close Public Footpath Nos. 41 and 42 Penistone which extend across the site of the Penistone Showground commencing 7 September 2008 for a period of up to 10 days

Reason: to facilitate the Penistone Show

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure is via Stottercliffe Lane, Trans-Pennine Trail and Public Footpath No. 40
