THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(VARIOUS PUBLIC FOOTPATHS AND PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS,
PENISTONE AND INGBIRCHWORTH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2008

NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has made an Order which will close:-

 (i) Public Footpath no. 53 Penistone from Royd Moor Road to Public Footpath no. 19
(ii) Public Footpath No. 19 Penistone from the footbridge to Public Bridleway no. 101
(iii) Public Bridleway no. 101 Penistone and no. 18 Gunthwaite and Ingbirchworth from north of the property access for approximately 150 metres

REASON:   Construction of new by-pass main around Royd Moor Reservoir

The Order will commence on 4th August 2008 for approximately 16 weeks.
