(BARNSLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT NO. 7 ) ORDER 2008

Notice is hereby given that on the 24th June 2008 the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order which will come into operation on the 7th day of July 2008 is to close Gerald Walk, Kendray to through traffic at its junction with Birk Crescent.

Documents are available for viewing at the Barnsley Connects Service Centres at the Civic Hall, Eldon Street, Barnsley and the Kendray Resource Centre, Thornton Road, Kendray, Barnsley.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 27th day of June 2008 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
