THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NOS. 41 AND 42 PENISTONE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2008

NOTICE is hereby given that the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council has made an Order which will close Public Footpath Nos. 41 and 42 Penistone which extend across the site of the Penistone Showground commencing 7 September 2008 for a period of up to 10 days

REASON: to facilitate the Penistone Show

NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order is via Stottercliffe Lane, Trans-Pennine Trail and Public Footpath No. 40
