Undefined Footpath Silver Street, Dodworth No2 Public Path Diversion Order 2008

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BARNSLEY (UNDEFINED FOOTPATH) (SILVER STREET, DODWORTH)(NO 2) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2008 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named Order was made on the 16th September 2008. The effect of the Order will be to divert the undefined footpath running from Silver Street to Fairway at Dodworth to a line running from Silver Street at a point adjacent to no 18 Silver Street, southerly then generally northeasterly to Fairway, as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the Barnsley Connects Service Centre, Civic Hall, Eldon Street, Barnsley (where copies can be purchased for a small charge) and at the Branch Library, High Street, Dodworth, Barnsley during normal business hours.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing and addressed to the undersigned not later than the 20th October 2008 quoting reference CR/PG/263/00295.  The grounds on which they are made should be stated.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.  If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
