New Rules for Householder Development

From 1st October 2008 new regulations will be introduced that affect householders. Generally the size of minor alterations that can be carried out without needing Planning permission have been expanded. However there are new controls to ensure that hard surfacing does not add to flood risk problems.
All the following areas of development are subject to change -

Patio and Driveway
Paving and Front Garden
