Housing development monitoring

An annual report is prepared setting out the number of houses built over the year, the percentage of these built on brownfield land, the density at which they are built and the amount of different types of housing. The following recent reports are available:

National Land Use Database

This a national initiative intended to ensure Councils keep a database of land which is previously developed (or "brownfield") to help provide information to ensure appropriate sites are redeveloped for housing and other uses. www.nlud.org.uk
