Non Domestic Rate enquiries made by phone will be responded to immediately and within 10 working days of receipt of a written request.
The Council will endeavour to make any changes in the valuation of a property within 10 working days or receipt of the request from the Valuation Office Agency.
The Council will endeavour to deal with any application for charitable and discretionary relief within 14 days of receiving the supporting information necessary to make a decision.
