Land and Property Availability List
The Council manages a portfolio of land and property assets, which are available for sale and/or rent. A list of properties and land which is currently available is detailed below.
The types of properties listed range from lock-up shops to offices, major residential sites to infill plots, a single workshop or advanced factory unit to an industrial site, from grazing land to agricultural land, and schools, depots and elderly persons homes .
Eligibility
This service is available to all businesses and residents with an interest in the land and property managed by the Council.
