You can help yourself by paying your Council Tax promptly.
If you move house please notify the Council immediately so that an amended bill can be sent to you.
If you are receiving benefit, discounts or an exemption to reduce your charge, and your circumstances change, please notify the Council immediately - this may affect the amount of Council Tax charge you have to pay.
If you are making a claim for a reduction in your Council Tax please ensure that you provide all the information needed to process your claim. In certain circumstances a form may require your signature and additional information.
NB. Forms are scanned onto computer to create electronic images. To enable the form to be easily read please complete it using black ink.
