Summer fun in the park for young people in Royston
YOUNG people in Royston can get more out of their summer holidays, with a range of activities held in Royston Park, Midland Road.
There are free activities on Mondays, from 1pm to 4pm and Wednesdays, from 4pm to 7pm, aimed at young people aged 11 to 19.
Monday activities take place on 24 and 31 July and 7 August and include sports, hair and beauty, henna tattooing, arts and crafts, circus skills and a barbecue.
Wednesday activities take place on 26 July and 2 and 9 August. On offer is sports, graffiti art, mask making, kite making, a live music festival and youth bands and a trip to Rother Country Park.
