Ball     NCSL Programme

Leading from the Middle (LfTM) is a three-term personal and professional development programme for middle leaders in primary, secondary and special schools, working in teams with a leadership coach.  The programme offers a blended learning experience by including a range of face-to-face sessions, online activities, and a school-based leadership activity to deliver aims.  Applications for interested parties will be welcomed around December 2008 with the next cohort expected to commence around April 2009.
