The BARN - Needle Exchange

Injecting Drug Users

This is a specific service for injecting drug users who are under 18. The service provides clean injecting equipment and monitors the return of equipment for safe disposal. It is available to all injecting drug users under the age of 18.

Young people will be thoroughly assessed before they are able to access the needle exchange service at the BARN. Needle exchange will only be provided as part of an agreed care plan.
