Relapse Prevention

The Barn offers relapse prevention services to young people who have stopped using drugs and require support in order to remain drug free.

The service is available to any young person under the age of 18 who has stopped using drugs or alcohol.

We will assess young people and allocate a worker to undertake relapse prevention support.
