The toolkit is a web-based resource to support the delivery of multi-agency working. It gives all practitioners working with children and young people, for example those in health, education, social care, youth offending, police, and many more, access to resources and information about key aspects of multi-agency working, including the Common Assessment Framework, Lead Practitioner, information sharing and so on. It also contains case study examples and some useful tips and advice.

The toolkit is divided into separate sections to give you easy access to the topics you are interested in - just follow the links from the table below.
