Day Care provides a range of support services aimed at promoting the independence of Older People to enable them to continue living at Home.
- Rehabilitation aimed at improving or maintaining mobility and undependant living skills.
- Assitance with personal care, eg, Bathing
- A mian meal and refreshments
- Social activities and the opportunity to mix with other people.
The eligibility is determined by the Fair Access to Care Service.A community care assessment is required for all day care provided by Social Services.For further details contact your local Social Services office
To recieve DayCare you must have a community care assessment. Contact your local social services office.
