The following shows our target for response times:-
We aim to answer all within 15 seconds of being recieved at our control centre
where required, emergency services will be contacted immediately
As per the Telecare Services Association standard we will answer 80% of calls within 30 seconds
As per the Telecare Services Association standard we will answer 95.5% of calls within 60 seconds
If we need to contact the following, we will do this within 5 minutes of recieving you call:-
relatives or keyholders by telephone
doctor
Berneslai Homes Repairs (Council properties)
If it is necessary for our response team to attend we will leave the control room within 5 minutes and arrive within twenty minutes thereafter (response times may be affected by weather and traffic condition)
If the equipment installed in your home is not working as it should please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will check that the fault is not on your Alarm unit before you report a line fault. This is to ensure that you do not incur a call-out charge from your telephone company of the fault is not on your line.
We can ask your telephone cpmpany for a fast repair, but cannot guarentee this.
We will visit you on the day that you report the fault to repair or replace the unit if this is convinient for youself.
