If you or the person whom you care for has continence problems there are skilled professionals who are able to advise you e.g. GP, District Nurse, Health visitor.
Any issues/problems with incontinence should be discussed with your GP. District Nurses can also give advice on continence promotion and incontinence cases.
Your GP will advise on what services and support are available to help you via referring you to a Continence Advisor.
