Help can be arranged for those people who have difficulty in preparing and/or eating a meal. This can include having a meal delivered to your home. If you are not eligable for the service or do not want to have a community care assessment, you may want to make your own arrangements with the firms who provide this service.

There are a number of luncheon clubs throughout Barnsley. Many of them are run by voluntary organisations like Age Concern who work closely with local churches and communities to start new clubs. For further information contact Age Concern direct by Telephone: (01226) 776820.
